To celebrate the coming Chinese New Year with fellow less privileged senior citizens, Victoria Street Wholesale Centre Merchants’ Association is sponsoring 100 senior citizens from Thye Hua Kuan Moral Society (Toa Payoh) $30 each to shop in Victoria Street Wholesale Centre. Event: Elderly Festive Shopping Delight @ Victoria Street Wholesale Centre Venue: Victoria Street Wholesale Centre Date: 17 January 2006 Time: 1pm onwards

Chinese New Year Light Up from 2 January 2004 to 5 February 2004 Continuing in the success of the Chinese New Year Light Up event in January 2003, Victoria Street Wholesale Centre is once again organizing a Light Up for Chinese New Year 2004 from 2 January 2004 until 5 February 2004. This year, expect to see the wholesale centre brightly lit with fairy lights, lanterns and other lighting decorations as we usher in the Year of the Monkey.
